Returns and Cancellations

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days.  All returned items are subject to inspection and must be unaltered, unused, unworn, and in saleable condition with original packaging.

Most refunds will require the product be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility, you might be eligible for a partial refund.

We may issue refunds for items damaged in transit, and only if we are unable to replace the item. We will require a photo of the damaged item.  If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at CustomerService@YotaPro.com.  Include a photo of the damaged item and we will begin a refund or replacement process.
